JoeW, re: contacting the airline - do you mean call the reservations line to get the particular airport's contractor # for wheelchair assistance, or try to reach someone from the airline at the particular airport? if the latter, how do i do that?

I do have this code on my eticket: wchr_can_not_ascend_steps

I guess I could ascend steps but I'd need help with my crutches and would have to hop holding onto one rail while trying not to fall and die. I'm assuming, too, with these three major airports I won't have to deal with stairs.
