Mid-sized US-headquartered consulting firm. Travel policy much stricter Stateside (basically Y everywhere) but that's because in practice they have a deal with *A that gives them a number of upgrade vouchers which are then applied to the frequent travellers.
In the UK it's more flexible "within reason" so I tend to use J TATL ex-EUR and coordinate the various positioning flights with business meetings on the Continent. Otherwise Y for short flights.
