OK the answer I've got is:

N to Z (SGN/FRA, one way) USD480
N to I (SGN/FRA one way) USD510

Both I and Z are premium economy. Which you can get just depends on availbility in that fare class. These figures aren't very attractive! They came from the airport check-in staff, and they did emphasize that they could change and sometimes they upgrade people for free because they have too many economy check-ins. My suggestion is you decide how much you think its worth, and make them an offer. My guess is they'll say no, but they might then consider you rather than someone else for a free upgrade if they are doing them.

No, its not really and a bit of a hassle if you are based outside of VN. Probably best to put your miles with Korean or Asiamiles unless you really are going to fly VNA alot and don't plan to use Korean/Asiamiles airlines.
