POTUS was speaking in CLE today - his impending departure caused a general ground stop at CLE from 3pm until 4pm.

Which, when married to T'storms in EWR, meant 1567 CLE-EWR was delayed at the gate from 3pm until 5:30, and on the taxiway from 5:30 until 7:30.

So that makes 5 weeks in a row in which a flight I was on was delayed by 4 hours or more in or out of EWR.

Gonna be a long summer.
