Yes, but almost none for the leg that counts: LHR-CPT.
I'm in a similar situation as the OP, trying to use AS miles to get BA C-class SFO-CPT for next March or April. I am having almost no luck at all. In all of March and April they have only been able to find ONE date that can get me back CPT-LHR-SFO in C, and only 3 dates that get me over there in the first place. Naturally, none of the 3 will work with the 1 available return date in terms of overall trip duration.
Although it makes for an even longer trip I am going to try the suggestion of going the other way around the world, taking CX SFO-HKG-JNB.
