Talking Chicago lakefront running path complaint
So I know they are doing some construction between Diversy and Belmont along the lake.

On the running path, fountains are few and far between. So why did they decide to fence off the lonely, single fountain that's just north of the Diversy Harbor entrance?

They could have easily moved the fence 5 feet east and turned on that fountain.

Anybody else notice this?
