When I got my credit card ststement, the hotel in Middlesborough had charged me for the Wednesday night. I called them to query and was told that I must have accidently made the booking by phone or internet and unless I could prove that I didn't, then I can't have my money back.

As you can imagine, I'm a bit pi**ed off about this. I called my credit card company and they told me that as I have my credit card on file with Priority Club, then I have to sort it out with them.

Can anyone suggest where I go from here. I'm not sure how I can prove that I didn't make the booking.

Thanks

Doug
Send a note to Guest Relations via the web-site and provide them with the details and have them investigate the unauthorized charges.

Although your credit card number is on your PC profile, you should still dispute the charge with your CC company as it was not an authorized charge.
