I am not to the stage of changing carriers at this point. I held a OW 110K J award which included J on AA 154 NRT-ORD, as no F was available on JL or AA. EF notified me last week that 7 Z opened on 154 (OT, but 7+ seems like a large amount to free up at one time), so 110K were re-deposited and 135K came out. No charge, but none expected.

If and when Z opens up on AA 153, I will need to decide, but the extra $100 will not be a factor.
