I would assume it's the slightly larger snack (chicken sandwich or mini-pizza) along with a salad (basically lettuce and a vinaigrette) and a candy of some sort (Skittles, Twix, or Snickers).

If your friends get the pizza, I'd tell them to not eat it. The chicken sandwich is decent and reminds me of high school cafeteria food (but still good).

If those things don't appeal to your friends, I'd say bring your own food aboard. I was on a IAH-DEN flight and brought on cold pizza. The lady next to me had a burger leftover from the Pappas Restaurant. We both had a good laugh.
