I tried to use the online check-in feature last night and got an error message which said to see an agent to check in. I called AA and they transferred me to Web Services who couldn't fix the problem. I did change my reservation yesterday, but I don't know why that should affect checking in.
Can anyone shed some light on why I can't check in online? Does this also mean I can't use curbside check-in or Self-Serve Check-in? As a Plat, can I use the First Class line even though this trip is Coach?

Last time I had this happen was due to an equip change from a ERJ 140 to an ERJ 145 and the seat assignments were different (exit row on 140 is 11 and 145 is 12)...
