The enhancements are everywhere!!

You are just using the wrong dictionary, in the DoUgIe Parker Tempe Edition dictionary an enhancement is defined as a change that screws the fequent flyers.

They "enhanced" the Dividend Miles program.
They "enhanced" the East Planes.
They "enhanced" the Website.
They "enhanced" the West Clubs

In all honesty I am fed up with the bullsh*t propoganda Tempe is throwing out. They claim the merged airline is the best of both programs. What a load of crap......it is the worst of each airline (at best).

They reduced mileage bonuses for low tiers yet kept it the same for upper tiers (CP should be 125%). They slaughtered the East F cabin to better match the West planes. They got rid of free drinks in the West Clubs to match the East clubs. They migrated the larger East side operation to Shares instead of migrating the smaller West side opperation to Sabre. The list just goes on and on but I am going to stop here because we all know what the problems are.

They just don't get it, and I don't think they ever will.
