A fitness center may also be available." Note that the hours are not mentioned. I think you have a possible case with this room service issue nonetheless, and definitely one with the bedbugs.
Have you also considered disputing the charge on your credit card? If you were given unsafe accommodations (i.e. bedbug-infested), then you have a good reason for a chargeback, I would say.
