Is there a way to find out the number of times a flight is cancelled in a given month or so?

In particular - I'm interested in CO 3335/3336 (CLE-ORD) operated by CHQ. It seems like it is cancelled a lot, and since this is a flight at a good time to get home, I'd like to figure out how smart it is to book on this flight.
