On the WN web site, they say that the original award expiration date will be reflected on a paper ticket converted to ticketless. For example, if today you mailed in a paper award with an expiration date of September 1, once it became a ticketless award, it would still expire September 1.</font>
I have read what is posted on the website but was wondering if (and it seems to happen with WN fairly regularly) that in practice they just typed in the current date as the issue date and you picked up a year from current date. (as the poster above stated it has happened when having an electronic ticket printed to a paper RR ticked)

Just wondering for future use if needed?
