lucky. Given my location, I (fortunately!) don't have to deal with IAD that much. I've read all the horror stories about the IAD dragons over the years, and I always shake my head in bewilderment. It's as if these people seem to think their salaries will somehow be affected by giving out drink tickets. What nonsense - glad someone did something about it.
In terms of customer service, this airline has slipped -
noticeably - in the 3 whole years I have been a frequent flyer. How sad.
