Cramped? Yes. If you're tall, avoid window seats at all costs (fuselage curvature will prevent you from sitting up straight); also don't try to look out the windows, which are mounted so low you'll end up with horrible crick in your neck.

Overhead bins exist, but they are tiny compared to mainline bins. Rollaboards will not fit in them, even larger soft-sided items won't fit either. So plan on checking or gate-checking anything with l, w, or h greater than about 8".
