Ah, that might be the difference. In January, I was unable to use residual (what was left after the $50 fee was taken off) ticket value from a canceled ticket of mine to purchase a ticket for my wife on DL.com. In February, I was able to use it successfully on DL.com for an itin both my wife and I were on.
