Always an answer that does not favor the customer .
The BOB ,IMO,is a huge flop.Add 10.00+ to the ticket price and put the catered meals back on flights
or brown-bagged an appetizing, healthy and good sandwich from a deli ( when I have the opportunity or plan well ahead)
