If they had plenty of pre-security kiosks at EVERY airport already, and especially if those kiosks could be made to print out security documents (even if not boarding passes) for Award Tickets, this would be less of an issue. But they're not there yet...</font>
I agree totally. I guess I didn't really focus on the fact that you can only print your outbound document because I almost always have access to a printer when flying WN (office or family member). For example, next weekend we are visiting family, I'll print at a relatives house before leaving for the airport, then late January going out west for a week, so (against my usual) we'll be checking luggage. Can't use kiosk with CP or RR!
I've defected to NW for most flights anyway. Not sure that WN really focuses on the FF when implementing changes. Still hoping...
