The whole EU banning thing is all messed up. Really.

The EU has internal issues and can't seem to figure out how to solve them. So by creating the ban list, they are actually making their problem someone else's (ie. exporting their problem without solving their own).

Now, this is not to say that there is no value in the this because I am not saying that, but there is a need to put some of it into perspective.
