Dan, the postcard was for an upgrade to the Southwest Signature Visa Card. It is by invitation only (from BankOne) and the highest level one can achieve with BankOne (and the Southwest product). The new cards should be mailed out at the end of this month. I think one of the advantages is 2 reward dollards for every $1 spent on Southwest. Hope this helps!
