Well, I nominally have a couple Citi FAs (in Texas, or whatever), but I'm not a HNW customer. Just Citigold, with three separate brokerage accounts for retirement, corporate equity and regular ol' trading. They don't aggregate into anything particularly noteworthy, considering Citi's clientele.
Maybe they figured that they could wait on all the real HNW whales, since they're all in the Hamptons today, or maybe I just get good mail.
Well, for what it's worth, I think that you made the "right" decision opting for the AMEX card. I think that there will be many, many ways around select spend ala MIA's suggestion. Let's hope that the new card is good. Do you have a scanner available that you could make a PDF of the brochure and email it (if so, please PM me and I'll send you my email). Thanks
