Go early. When I flew in to Oakland on Dec. 23; There was a line of cars to the freeway. There's only 2 lanes and they're being especially strict with cars coming in and out. At LAX, they are not allowing cars to come in and out. They only allow cars to park in their parking lot. They said they would not allow people to let people drop people or pick passengers from the curb because of security concerns.
