I don't recall the BOB to be top of the Hill at any point. As soon as the service was introduced, I strongly felt that there goes inflight service and food. ON Garuda for a short flight from Jakarta to SIN we were served a nice litle snack and drinks, a really nice touch. Might I add all done with Indonesian graciousness.
