It's a fabulous deal for the price you pay and probably worth it if you are going to do a bit of travel as it seems that you will be. The free booze and wifi is well worth it in general.

SFO, only in the international terminal for a WC, though not sure about others.

LAX the WC is only in T2 which has NW, KLM, AF, and a few other airlines. The DL lounge and CO lounge are in T6 and T5 if I remember correctly. If you don't fly out of the terminal it's very hard if not impossible to get thru security since each terminal has it's own security that you have to go thru.
