I always understood the PA and PB lists as Status dependent
The DM is depending on the when you chek in so time dependent.
I think it went just as it was sopoused to be. CR1,SWU and 1Kok ok also GS will bring you into PA list, miles and lower status in PB list. And the lists are cleared according to status.
