If you are US gold and you are flying MAN-PHL-LAX (in coach ) am i right in thinking you can use a lounge in MAN, one in PHL and then on the rtn trip, one in LAX and again in PHL?

I think its the star alliance lounge at MAN, but i can only find info about one in T3, when US depart from T2.
