The onboard crew were very pleasant, but the CSD openly admitted that BA has suffered from exceptionally high levels of crew sickness in the last month or so and that they had today been formally advised that it was now a top priority. Longhaul crews were at the top of the list, apparently, with well over a third currently off ill. If it's not one thing, it's another! My question - why the sickness?? Is BA really that bad?
Staff is telling you "yes" by their actions. On the subject of baggage missing cnx at LHR, is that a BAA problem, or a BA issue?
