Well......I've had problems with Aeroplan in the past but this time their response was like a totally different company - in Customer Care it's usually how you respond to a problem that improves customer satisfaction scores - and in this case they responded really well. So perhaps my expectations are low or I'm too enthusiastic but it was a quick, proper response to a problem.
How do you find email addresses? Simple - go to a company's website and find a press release - invariably there is a company PR person's email address there so you can figure out the algorithm (first initial/first name/dot or underscore/last name/etc AT company name.com/ca/etc) - then go to the list of executives and create their email addresses using the same formula as the one you know to be correct.
