I do know that weather affects on time performance and most certainly causes delays. I had no problem with the delay my fiance experienced on Friday. The storms were horrible.

It's just that my previous 2 flights were perfect weather and both had more than 1 hour delays and on Sunday, I just do not get how a flight that actually took off from HOU at 6.40pm took 2h 50 mins to get to MDW.

Again the facts show that in the first half of this year, from MDW-DTW, WN had more than double late flights than NW, 17% to 9%.
