The only part of Roppongi Hills I actually have a proper 'issue' with are the escalators in the streets around the building that you are 'forced' to use.

It's the metal on the floor that leads up to them. As soon as it rains it gets incredibly slippery and I've already fallen over (and slid, dramatically, several other times - with different shoes, none high heeled.)

Do you know if the problem has been addressed or acknowledged?

My back will be considerably weaker when I finally get to walk around again, and there must be others who are just as fragile. I was wary of those escalators before, from now on I'm actually going to be frightened of them.

Perhaps it's because the metal plating was relatively new, but I've used plenty of others in the rain and not had this problem.
