I found it very user friendly...the user was my girlfriend, and she was very friendly with my wallet.
I don't know if I agree with Mr. Hilton - or maybe I was there way too often, but it seemed fairly easy to navigate once I had been through it once or twice. And it was always a Grand Adventure (tm)!
