Exactly. They might also say you signed / authenticated online the purchase slip and any dispute with merchant is none of their business.
My Visa bank always mentions this in a dispute... they will only pull up a copy of sales slip to prove it's not a fradulent use. As for disputes regarding damaged goods / non-delivery / broken contracts etc... credit card companies do not have to help you. They are not insurance companies after all.
