772 v 772-ER ?
Hi,

As far as I know, the 772ERs have newer Business seats and a bigger PTV. Is there any other noticeable differences?

Also, how do I know which version do they plan to use on a specific route from, say, KVS? I understand that 772 is for 777-200, but how about 772ER?
