Analise - Yes, this is far from what I thought Flyertalk was about....but, did you know there is an Amtrak subforum on these boards? I didn't and posted a question under travelbuzz to ask if forum members knew of a comparable board (like Flyertalk) to post Amtrak questions. And, I got an answer, with my question moved to the Amtrak forum! That forum has directed me to several other good boards, and I'm now a semi-expert on Amtrak! However, I get the feeling that all the contributors are male; thus, my makeup question here on the Women's Travelers board.
