My advice would be to address this to Customer Services at the email address I gave you, and cc Mrs Blacklaw (who is, despite her concern for the welfare of customers, not directly answerable for individual problems) for her attention. I'm afraid I've never met any senior ops people at Loganair, nor do I have any contact names.
Also, in fairness, Loganair has not chosen to "transfer services away from BA staff" as you put it. BA sacked all the staff so Loganair didn't have any to use! Your wider points are very valid, though.
