I would say avoid Insure and Go like the plague. Poor service and always seem to find a clause so they dont have to pay - e.g. 'as your flight took off on time, we will not have to pay for any claims resulting by it landing late and in a different country, once the flight takes off, your cover for inconvenience and delay ends.'

What a load of bollocks.
