I recently flew in the bulkhead on a 733.

The seat pitch was slightly greater than 38" pitch. The bulkhead stopped 10" from the floor allowing passengers to place their carryon under the seat in first.

There is limited stowage for aisle seats due to the placement of the bars (similar to other rows).

There was a box of materials for the FA infront of the middle seat ("E") eliminating carryon stowage for that seat.

Other times, FAs have stored other items between the bulkhead and F seats also eliminating carryon stowage.
