I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble here, but I'm sure Customer Relations would like to know that this FA was rude. Just send in a little letter stating what occured and the date and flight number. They have VAYS of figuring out who she was and they'll ask her why she said that etc. Give your confirmation number if you have it. Perhaps she needs to be retrained on what the policies are. All she had to do was step aside for 30 seconds or lend you a hand. This reminds me of that traffic rule of who goes first at a 4 way stop. A driver might totally be correct that it's HER turn to move...but does she really want to be dead right?
