I never fly WN. I don't like their product from a service standpoint. A great many people on this forum certainly would agree.

That said, I wouldn't suggest they are lying. The trends we have seen over the years only suggest that WN is a well run airline that continues to make great strides at seperating the larger, full service carriers from their passengers.

Denial only wastes time that could be spent rectifying the situation.
