I actually leave the tags on for a reason...I have a few times had to remind both CO agents and as of late these "other agents" representing CO to add the elite tag (3 times in two weeks to non CO baggage agents). I go by the philipsophy that if they have to remove the last tag then they will see the Elite Luggage tag an add one to the new baggage tag wthout me having to ask and feeling awkward. In general though I do almost always remove my baggage tag for the agent as I am handing them my BP and Passport. By that time they have the baggage sticker in their hand and are at the point to add the elite tag. However you would have had to have been there to hear the tone and look of this non CO agent telling me I had to remove the tag....Has a CO GA in the elite line ever demanded that of you? I would think not.

I asked for comments...I wasn't so much complaining. Some did offer their fruitfull comments for and against...
