yes but do you have to go to the counter?. i know that qasr confirmed that you can't do curbside but what about something like the secret place at sfo (not sure if bos has one). saved my a$$ last year but then again it was a domestic flight (and no comments about checking on a domestic flight-it was right after the no-liquid ban went into effect )
