A little OT, but it's sad that the GSA press release went out with a rather significant typo that had to be fixed with a re-issue.

Updated version can be found at:
http://sev.prnewswire.com/airlines-a...7062007-1.html

The glaring error: United was listed in both versions as being moderately ahead of any other carriers in the number of routes granted, 1,343; but the original version listed the estimated value of the contract to United at $61 million instead of $661 million in the updated version (so the leading "6" digit was originally missing). While the value of the contract to each carrier is not going to be strictly proportional to the number of routes (but is rather a function of the contracted fare times the estimated number of government employees flying on each of these contracted fares), the approx. 10x error should have caught a proofreader's eye. For example, the value of the GSA contract for American Airlines, the #2 carrier by routes granted at 1,176 routes, was estimated at $390 million. The original $61 million clearly looked wrong; somebody should have double checked it.
