Depends. In this case, probably yes, because of all the ticketing agreements ST members have with one another, and probably because this is on one ticket stock.
However, we can't always assume that this it the case. For example, if you are flying a different airline, say UA, ABQ-SEA, and have a seperate ticket on AF SEA-CDG, and UA gets you to SEA late, and you miss you connection, I'm quite sure UA could care less about your missed connection. You had a contract with them for ABQ-SEA, and that is what they delivered, and if afterwards you take a taxi to downtown, or a boat to China, or a skateboard to Boeing, or walk to your house, or take AF to CDG, it really doesn't matter to UA anymore. They got you to SEA. They fufilled their part of the contract. So it is not always true that the airline that gets you there late is responsible for getting you all the way to your final destination.
