I think any discussion of miles per minute would have to be calculated from entire day of flying, factoring in layovers, and not just actual flying time, if we want to discuss time efficiency. With that taken into account, isn't the highest mile per minute simply long direct flights, such as SFO-FRA, or EWR-SIN, with immediate turn around?
