What the other poster said is true, BUT I live in SMF and the sales for SMF to LAS have been few and far btwn - Pre 9/11 LAS would come up about 6 - 8 times a year about $98 roundtrip pretax. After 9/11 through the beginning of 2002 - There were many $68 roundtrip pretax. Then they ended. I have only seen LAS REALLY on sale twice in the past 18 months and it was about $108 pretax. There have been a few $138 roundtrip pretax. But mostly $158 pretax now-a-days. The same has been true for SEA from SMF. SEA used to come up 6 - 8 times a years - now REAL sales to SEA are few and far between. BUT PDX still continues to come up btwn $68 - $88 roundtrip pretax on a consistant basis.

I realize that the $99 coast-to-coast sales seemed to go on forever - but it would be nice to see shorthaul cities go on sale more often like in the pre 9/11 days.
