In my case, 4-guys heading from my chorus to training in St. Josephs, MO. As the airport is 4-1/2 away, we needed to head down the night before. I contacted the hotel directly (via email) trying to figure out how to book it.

Wanted to get a room with 2-doubles and 2-rollaways. (Hey, we're on a non-profit budget, so one room was the limit.) The room configuration of 2-doubles would not allow 2-rollaways with the fire-code; however, 1-King with the 2-rollaways was allowed. So, two guys had to share a bed. Being the youngest, I let the older guys choose... I'll be fine on the roll-away.)

I tell this story to convey that sometimes the room configuration also matters.
