I was back at the Westin South Coast Plaza this weekend, and one of the maids said the biggest advantage--no more broken carafes. While I chipped one many years ago, she says it happens surprisingly frequently, and broken glass on the carpet or on the bathroom tiles was one of the dangers!

Also, I noticed at the SCP, I had 4 packets of coffee, so when bigguy has a -- hmmmm - "friend" in the room with him, everyone can get 2 full cups!
