I was getting 7x miles during the US GOM fiasco, doing PIT-LAX each week. I think we did it in 3:45 once, with wicked tailwinds, so 66/minute.
I flew Plattsburgh to Burlington once, 7 minute (23 miles) takeoff to touchdown. 1000 mile minimum at the time, iirc, so 143/minute.
