That about covers it for me, as well. Although I think that I would only travel on Yom Kippur if I really really REALLY had to -- say some family emergency or something. I enjoy going to services. And since my spouse and our teenage daughter also enjoy going, it's a pretty big "family thing."

I am fortunate that my employer accommodates me, has never taken issue with juggling my work travel schedule to make sure that I am home for major holidays and shabbos, and doesn't even make me take a vacation day for Rosh HaShana or Yom Kippur.
